There is no designated shop parking. Street parking is available on side streets close by, just make sure you are not in a permit zone.

If the door is locked, please knock gently and someone will let you in.

It can get quite loud and busy in the shop, so please do not bring friends, family, or guests to your appointment. There are many great cafes nearby to check out if you are waiting for someone who is getting tattooed!

We are not considered a kid friendly space - please ensure you have arranged childcare prior to your appointment.

Please avoid showing up more than 15 minutes early for your appointment. We may need to vacuum or clean the waiting area, and to prepare for your appointment of course!

Please arrive to your appointment showered with no harsh or heavily scented products on the skin. Bring appropriate clothing for the area being tattooed and avoiding anything precious or light coloured - we may get ink on it!

Please do not arrive with numbing cream on your skin unless previously discussed with your artist.

Avoid making set-in-stone plans after your tattoo. It could take longer than anticipated!

If you prefer listening to music or doing your own thing while getting tattooed, we are happy to accommodate a silent appointment (no chatting).

Depending on the area, we may request a silent appointment as talking can move the body. This is mostly the case for backs, torsos, chests, and necks.

Please keep in mind that reaching for things, hand talking, or other movements during the tattoo can impact the precision - stay as still as you can!

We have complimentary water, juice, and snacks. You are also welcome to bring your own.

During the winter months, please be prepared to remove your footwear at the front door. Bring slipper or cozy socks if you’d like!

Make sure to read over your artists policies before your appointment. Though most of our policies are the same, they may differ slightly.
