If you are interested in using numbing cream for your tattoo appointment, you must contact your artist with plenty of notice before your appointment as some tattooers prefer their clients do not use numbing agents.

We only approve of one type of numbing cream at our shop:
Zensa Topical Anaesthetic
(available over the counter at many pharmacies)

The risks of using numbing cream include:
- Blistering, irritation, or reddening of the skin.
- Hives, welts, or rashes.
- Allergic reaction.
- Fever or flu like symptoms.
- Longer tattoo application time and slow healing.
- Complications with colour saturation and ink fall out.

We do not guarantee free touch ups when numbing cream is used. General set up cost and artist rates may apply.

**We reserve the right to turn clients away, so please do not show up to your appointment with numbing cream on unless you have discussed it with your artist prior. You risk having to rebook your appointment and losing your deposit.**
