DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit is required to secure an appointment date and tattoo concept - it will be deducted from the total cost of the tattoo. For multi-session pieces the deposit will come off the final appointment.

Typically artists require 48 hours notice to reschedule. Please do not call the shop or leave a voicemail to rebook, reach out to your artist directly.

A deposit will be void if:
- You do not show up to your scheduled appointment.
- You are 15 minutes late to your appointment without notifying your artist.
- You cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice.
- You completely change your tattoo concept (at artists discretion).
- If the area of skin is unable to be tattooed (example: sun burn, cat scratches, etc).

Deposits are not transferrable to other designs or clients. Please ensure you are 100% ready to get tattooed before booking an appointment.

Each deposit is limited to one reschedule. Additional reschedules will be subject to a new deposit before another appointment date can be booked.

Artists reserve the right to refuse service in the event of multiple cancelations and reschedules.

Deposits are non-refundable.
